Artwork guidelines

  • Please supply files in the highest resolution possible. For best results, your design should be in vector format, but if an image will be used, it should be no less than 300 DPI. 
  • For text elements, we recommend using 12pt font size or larger for easy readability.
  • Thickness of lines, strokes and gaps should be no less than 0.3mm.
  • All colours should be converted to 1or 2 Pantone colours only (depending on your product).
  • Choose from the Pantone Solid Coated or Uncoated swatch libraries.
  • We can also print 1-2 metallic colours (gold, copper, silver) (additional charges may apply).
  • Please be cautious when using light colours and pastels, these can appear subtle on some products.
  • Colours should have 100% opacity, no gradient or tints.
  • Please keep in mind, colours can appear different across various products. This is due to different materials and different processes and machines.
  • In order to ensure your custom tissue prints correctly, we require that all fonts be converted to outlines (please consult us for design help if needed).
  • For optimal scanning, ensure QR codes have high contrast and measure 20x20mm or above. Do not scale the QR code below a minimum of 16x16mm.

Will I get a proof?

Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof and won’t move forward with printing until you’ve given us your 100% approval.

What about my design?

Once you’ve placed an order through our Instant Checkout, our design team will email you (usually within 24–48 hours). From there, we can assist with creating or refining your existing design as needed. Once the artwork has been approved, we will send your order to print!
